A efficient planing helps to work-well

In order to do a good job, it is necessary to plan it. A work well planed and organized is half done. You must plan and organize your job, just as you plan and organize your lifetime. At the beginning of our conversation, we talked about the importance of having a Life plan.

Good feelings help to work-well

Feelings that someone has, regarding his job, determine the results that someone will have with that job. Starting a work in a bad mood or in a pessimistic mood, doesn’t lead to a useful work.

Working with negative feelings, opens the door to fatigue, depression, psycho-somatic diseases, failure and misfortune. A negative mood produces a negative work. The attitude that we have toward our work determines the outcome of that work. A negative attitude toward a job, gives negative results. To botch a work is to botch the door that lead to success and happiness. A slap-dash work is a bad work. Actually it is not a work at all.

A positive attitude, toward our duty and colleagues, increases our energy. Optimism and joy make our life easier, and facilitate the life of our entourage. What is the use of being irritated against our job, colleagues and ourselves? Is it not wiser to learn a new job, or find a new job? Working with hatred and anger reduces work efficiency, in addition to reducing health heritage.

Eventually, anger may cause hypertension, or other psychosomatic diseases. In somatizing his emotions, an irascible person may provoke psychosomatic diseases.
