You need to learn, understand, equip yourself with the right tools, take action and persevere. Happy are those who understand this truth! Here is your chance to pull yourself together again and rebuild your life. Now is the time to turn your life into a masterpiece.

Every time we address themes based on: Health: in the areas of the body, the soul, the mind (mentally and intellectually), emotions and sentiments. Sexuality ♥: of childhood, adolescence, adulthood, and the golden years; Money: the rules and methods that lead to financial wealth; Human relations: healthy family, friend, and professional (work, venture, business) relations; politics, economics, and religion (spirituality);

We provide examples and proven methods for each category that will help you succeed and be happy.

To get the most out of these Human Cultivation writings, we suggest that you put these methods into practice. As already stated above, we will not promise you the impossible. We like and respect you enough to tell you this: “The results you will obtain are directly proportional to the effort you put in.” So, read this text, re-read it, study it and above all put it into practice. Persist, don’t give up. You will succeed. Victory is within reach.

Now, find yourself a pencil and a notebook. Divide your notebook into 6 sections. Then name each section:

1 My Timetable

2 My Life Plan

3 My Potential

4 My Cue Card

5 My Life Story

6 My Diary

1) My Timetable

Determine your Timetable. Time is short. Time passes, tempus fugit. "Oh time..." Time management is a key to success. To succeed in life you must first create a timetable and stick to it. Many people have failed in various areas of life for lack of making a timetable and respecting it. Why give time to time? Don't let time make your time.

You might have heard the saying, "Time waits for no one." It’s true. And this other idea: “Time gone by is gone forever.” Also true. Someone who doesn’t manage his time well becomes its slave and is heading for failure. Many people have learned this the hard way.

"Buy out the opportune time for yourselves."

So how do you establish a timetable and stick to it? It’s easy. The surest method is the following. On a blank page, write the seven days of the week (from Sunday to Saturday). On the left side of the page, write the hours of your day. In each column, under each day of the week, write your activities. Here is what your chart will look like:

Note: On this timetable, HC stand for Human Cultivation.

TimetableSundayMDTDWDTDFDSaturday
6 to 8HCHCHCHC HCHCHC
8 to 10contentscontentscontentscontentscontentscontentsRest
10 to 12contentscontentscontentscontentscontentscontentsRest
12 to 14contentscontentscontentscontentscontentscontentsRest
14 to 16contentscontentscontentscontentscontentscontentsRest
16 to 18contentscontentscontentscontentscontentscontentsRest
18 to 20contentscontentscontentscontentscontentscontentsRest
20 to 22HCHCHCHCHCHCHC

In this example (which can be modified as you please), we have assumed that the subject of this chart goes to bed at 10 pm and wakes up at 6 in the morning. The hours of sleep before midnight count double (qualitatively and quantitatively). Of course, taking into account the unexpected as well as time constraints, you will occasionally find yourself unable to keep to your timetable; you may also have to give your time to time. This is where you have to prove your wisdom and flexibility...

But being flexible does not mean being weak or inert. Being flexible does not mean procrastinating or being lazy; always putting things off. Being flexible with one's timetable means: to know when to adjust; to make up for lost time; to make up for a missed activity; to compress or stretch your time. Please, respect this first page: My Timetable.

In the above chart, be sure to devote precious time to your Human Cultivation (HC): meaning the study of this precious knowledge. Your learning and your exercises should take place during those hours; without fail. But as you will soon become aware, your learning and your exercises will also continue throughout the whole day; because each moment will be a golden opportunity to practice what you learn; a golden opportunity to progress from victory to victory!

This helpful book below will help you manage your time, take it.

2) My Life Plan

As you will be making a daily timetable, you should also create one for the next month, year, decade, and for your all life. This depends on the objective you wish to achieve. In fact, set goals and objectives for yourself; at short, medium and long term. Establish a life plan. The truth is that we are on this earth for a certain number of years.

The questions are as follows: "What is your life plan? What are your objectives?" In simpler terms: "What is your life timetable? What are your plans? What have you achieved to date? What are you in the midst of achieving? What do you foresee achieving in the near or distant future? What are your goals?"

We will get right to the point: "Living without goals, without objectives and without a life plan, it is to wander; it is almost not living at all". In these conditions, do not wait for life to give you any gifts whatever they may be.

So you see the importance of establishing a timetable, to have goals and to set objectives in your timetable. On this second page, write with care all your dreams (those you wish to accomplish). Write your short, medium, and long term goals and objectives. Write down the allotted time measurement and deadline of each goal and objective. Of course your writings can largely surpass the length of a page. Do not deprive yourself.

3) My Potential

It becomes clear, to anyone who takes the time to notice, that every human being possesses a certain physical and / or intellectual potential. Every human being comes into the world with aptitudes, talents and gifts. Certain aptitudes, talents and gifts are unknown. We will show you how to discover them and to use them. Others are dormant. We will show you how to wake them, to emphasize them and to make them useful tools to your success and happiness.

What then is a talent? "A talent is a disposition, a natural or acquired aptitude". Replace natural or acquired with genetic or cultural, and the definition is also OK. Some have the talent to appeal to others, to love, and even to be loved. Others have the aptitude to write, to speak, to invent, to become rich, etc. But alas, some have a disposition to make life difficult for others, and thus making their own life difficult. But remember, people always reap what they sow. «Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man sow, that shall he also reap.» Sound familiar?

The encouraging news is that a bad disposition can be replaced by a good one. You'll know how to do so in this website. To discover your aptitudes, talents and gifts, ask yourself these questions: "What do I do better and succeed in faster than other people? What do people say that I achieve easily?" In fact, your aptitudes, talents and gifts allow you to do something better than others.

The good news is that you are born with a few talents, aptitudes and gifts . You should learn to distinguish and develop your real gifts, talents and aptitudes. You have to learn to discern your real abilities, those that are delayed or dormant. It is completely possible and even advisable to discover your true abilities, to wake and develop them, to use them, in order to fully succeed in your life.

It is here that we ask for your undivided attention: "It is also possible and recommended to create other talents and aptitudes." Let this fact comfort you! In the section: * Learn to create other potentials, we show you how to do so. What would you say about having talents and aptitudes at your disposal that would give you success and would make you happier? On this third page: My Potential, take the time to list:

•your gifts

•your talents (those which you possess or wish to possess)

•your aptitudes (those which you have or want)

•your "strengths"

•your "flaws"

Notice that we wrote "strengths" and "flaws" in quotation marks. We know that: what may be "strengths" here may be "flaws" there, and vice-versa. The notion of strengths and flaws, at times, comes close to the notions of "good" and "bad". Do you see? Nature and Culture often make double play... Of course, we know that good and bad do exist. But we also know that the good is at times a necessary evil; and the evil is at times a necessary good. We cover this more in-depth in the section: Human relations (interpersonal relations)

When talking of potential, you would without a doubt want to point out the talents, aptitudes and gifts of children and adolescents of those that are close to you. This is particularly important for those who are raising children (parents, educators, etc.). We will talk about this in the sections: Money. And the section: Family Relationships (husband and wife, parents and children), see the web page: Human relations. Once again, while listing your talents, aptitudes and gifts, your findings can exceed the borders of a page. Do not deprive yourself.

But by establishing your list, be sincere towards yourself. Do not let your imagination lead you to error; because an uncontrolled imagination allows this. Why take yourself for something you're not? Why give yourself talents, aptitudes and strengths or flaws that you don't have? It is impossible to be what you are not, it is impossible not to be what you are. Don't underestimate yourself, but don't overestimate yourself. It is useless to make illusions. Tartarin of Tarascon believed that he went to Shanghai, by dint of saying that he had gone.

These three parts that we have titled: My Timetable, My Life Plan, My Potential are now the auxiliaries which will bring you towards complete success and happiness. We will soon see how.

4) My Cue Card

And while we are at it, take a small card.

Firstly, list everything that: makes you happy, puts you in a good mood, makes you laugh, makes you enjoy life, calms you, soothes you, makes you look on the bright side of life, etc. :)

Then, list everything that: makes you sad, puts you in a bad mood, makes you cry, causes you grief, upsets you, etc. :(

This little card is very important. We will return to this more in detail in the section: Emotional Health (feelings, emotions, sentiments), see the web page: Health

To conclude this preparatory introduction, here are two other work tools; two important documents that we acutely advise you to start writing. You must write your Life Story and your Diary. Don't underestimate these two tools; they will accelerate your victories.

5) My Life Story

Summarize your Life Story. It is a very important suggestion. Your Life Story is very important because it allows you to bring a part or the totality of your personality; your real and visible personality. The poet said, "Know thyself." This thought is heavy with meaning and significance.

Let's reflect...

Knowing oneself is to enter deep into one's thoughts, it is discovering one's inner self in depth, it is becoming aware of one's strengths and one's flaws, it is exploring one's conscious and one's subconscious. In all simplicity, knowing oneself means: to know one's inner character. Your inner character is also the one that you only express when alone. Read the section: Conquering the Unconscious (Subconscious), see the web page: Health. Summarizing your Life Story will put you in victorious conditions. In practice, how does one resume one’s Life Story?

In chronological order, year after year, write down all your memories, from your childhood up until today. In fact, you should try to recall everything you have done (seen, heard, said, thought, felt), that was decisive in your progress and regress. Remember... What events influenced you? What were your successes and your failures? What were your hopes and despairs? Be honest with yourself. Do not hide anything. You cannot hide anything. Remember... Write down everything, even the most painful events. That's what will make this Life Story effective and useful. Of course, you must write the outline of the stages of your life. Be as precise as possible.

Keep all these precious information. You will need this overview, later on, when we return to it more in detail. For now, know that your Life Story contains decisive elements for your past successes and for your route towards other successes and joy.

6) My Diary

Here's the last tool. The last, but not the least: The Diary. It is very effective. Some people like to call it their Note-Book. And it is just a title. Because it acts as a document that will accompany you along your voyage towards other accomplishments, you can be sure of this: you have just embarked on the path of success and happiness.

You are to some extent aboard a ship that will lead you towards other victories. Throughout this pleasant voyage, the wind will often blow in all directions. Upwind, downwind... You will have to hold on tight. We will hold on with you. You will arrive at the right port. The port of a happier and richer life. What would you say to enjoying a happiness that you have been deprived of until now?

Create your Diary. In this Diary, note with care how human cultivation started to make your dreams come true. Note how human cultivation is bringing you success and happiness. Note your advancements, your thoughts, your experiences. Of course write down also your "failures". In this Diary, do not stop yourself from writing your "failures". We will teach you shortly how to transform these "failures" into victories. We wrote the word "failure" in quotation marks, as we are aware that certain "failures" are sometime a prelude towards victories.

Until now, start writing your dreams (those of which you dreamed while sleeping), etc. Specify the dates, the locations, the circumstances, and the impressions that these dreams left on you.

In the section: Dream analysis of my diary, see the webpage: Emotional health (feelings, emotions, sentiments), we will proceed to analyze these dreams. Understanding the deep significance of these dreams can help to succeed and be happy.

Later in the section Analysis of my Diary we will proceed with the analysis of your Diary (Note Book), by using applied psychology and psychoanalysis. These two sciences will generate even more tools and knowledge to win; to elevate you ever higher, from victory to victory.

See: Analysis of my Diary

For your diary, we advise you to work with a pencil; insomuch as you may have to add to your writings. My Timetable, My Life Plan, My Potential, My Cue Card, My Life story and My Diary do not represent static information. Like this website: www.Health-Sexuality-Money.com these writings are dynamic. They are writings in constant movement. Life is also in motion. In our website and in your diary, additions and / or subtractions will occur with time. The modifications will take place, as we progress with you towards numerous successes.

But before going any further... we strongly suggest that you complete to the best of your abilities your: Timetable, Life Plan, Potential, Cue Card, and Life Story. However, your Diary, will progress from day to day. Here is our wish: "That your note-book which contains these six preliminary tools becomes your bedside book!"

With these 6 preliminary tools, you have already started to explore your innermost personality. You have already begun to discover the riches of your inner universe. Your victory also passes this way. We will talk about it shortly.

Best wishes for your success and happiness!

"To your health!"

Dear friend, we wish you good health. That is why we give you this judicious advice: "For all your health problems, take the time to talk with a health care professional. We know that the useful information we share with you is tried and tested. The products that we are proposing are very powerful.

It is true.

But this is not a substitute for the treatment of your health care professional. But in many cases, our useful information and our powerful products will complete and accelerate the treatments. That being said, you should perhaps adjust certain things before undertaking whatever it may be. It is because of this we repeat: take the time to talk with a health care professional".
