Joy All virtues are interrelated. Health, sexuality, money and human relations are also interconnected. One interact on another. By developing the ability to rejoice, someone will positively influence all other parts of his life. What we are saying here is this: By developing the ability to delight, it is possible to have a better overall health, flourishing sexuality, good financial situation and marvelous human relations. Keep reading the whole contain, and benefit from this amazing truth. What is Joy? It is a strong sentiment of satisfaction that we feel when we think about something good, real or imagined. This means that our senses, just as our imagination, can bring us gladness. One way or another, a joyful soul can promote good health and increase inner strength. A happy soul gives strength to your body, clarifies your mind (mental, intelligence), harmonizes your emotions and matures your sentiments. With a delighted soul, you can live longer and more intensely. Proverbs 22:17 says: "A hear that is joyful does good as a curer, but a spirit that is stricken makes the bones dry." But our century is not favorable to the expression of real felicity. On the contrary, sadness is what prevails in our societies. The system that mankind gave to itself and some events arising from that system, are generally sources of sadness. However, even in such a world, it is possible to cultivate a happy soul. It is even necessary and essential, for reasons that we mentioned earlier. Researchers found, in the laboratory, that the organs of those who live in enjoyment function better. Their productivity is higher. Their sexuality is more flourishing and fulfilling. Their relations with their entourage are more fruitful. This shows the importance of keeping a cheerful soul in all circumstances. Soul can feel joy or sadness through the five senses: the sight (eyes), hearing (ears), smell (the nose), taste (the tongue) and touch (the skin). In the same way, through the action of these four organs: the mouth, arms, legs, genitals, it is possible to attract happiness or sadness. Therefore we should avoid anything that passes through the five senses and makes us sad. We should also avoid the use of the four organs mentioned above, when it attracts sadness. But it is also through the thoughts (heart, imagination) that you can experience happiness or sadness. We call your attention here. If it is fairly easy to control the five senses and the four organs, the control of the heart and imagination is not. But the control of thoughts is decisive for the culture of joy; like the cultivation of all the nine virtues already mentioned. The two exercises that we share with you are simple and effective. We have practiced them, they are very useful. If you exercise yourself, the thoughts of sadness will no longer have room in your mind and your heart. * The first exercise is simple. This is the principle: do not let thoughts of sadness invade your mind; it is imperative. If such thoughts come to your mind, turn your mind toward thoughts of gladness. Obviously sometimes, in order to find a solution, you might have to think about things that sadden you. This is understandable. But do not let thoughts of sadness take control of your mind; turn your thoughts to happy thoughts. * The second exercise is equally simple. Take a moment of relaxation. Please read: Increase your strengths through science of breathing. Then visualize images or events of your life that brought you contentment. These images will be visualized in colors, in motion, and will be very precise. Then feel a deep pleasure; sweet and warm; starting from your heart and spreading to your entire body. If you practice this exercise regularly, seriously, you will awake and intensify this noble virtue: joy. You will realize how much you were deprived from joy. Your whole being will palpitate with pure happiness, a better joy than those provided by artificial paradises. Pimper’s paradises... Obviously, this powerful mental exercise must be accompanied by concrete actions. That is to say: you must also identify the source of your sadness and act wisely to bring up a lasting solution. Initially, these two exercises may seem a little difficult. But in reality they are not. They are easy. These effective exercises require little effort. Knowing that you will benefit a lot from them, it is your duty to get started without delay and persevere. It is advisable to exercise before you sleep and just when you wake up. Because those are the best time when your subconscious (unconscious) is open to messages (auto-suggestions). But you can also practice them from time to time during the day. After a few days of practice, these exercises will become a reflex; your second nature. You will no longer need to think to practice them. Then the thoughts of sadness will disappear. Good mood will be your companion. You will feel a perfect contentment, a sweet joy that will accompany you on the path to success and happiness.
