The virtues of physical education

There is a strong link between womens health and body building. health facts body building supplements To know how to eat is OK. But you must also learn to strengthen your body. In your schedule, write a time devoted to physical culture.

There is no need to spend your all day in a gym, unless you are making yourself ready for a competition; a tough one; Olympic Games or something more modest. If you are like me, a quarter of an hour per day is more than enough. With time, you could increase this time.

When we talk about practice of sport, recreation and rest, some see it as a waste of time. Others willingly see lack of time. But with all due respect to them, their reasoning is wrong. Once they have tasted fruits that stem from thoughtful practice of sport, that steam from good relaxation and good rest, they will no longer do without sport, recreation and relaxation (rest).

Dear friend, take the time to practice a sport, recreate and relax. Because by avoiding relaxation and rest, many have had too much time to rest. Too much time… Far of being a waste of time, these suggestions are saving time; we know that health is time and time is money; as we will repeat it for the practice of relaxation and rest. Please read this section: The culture of relaxation and rest.

Sport makes your body strong and contributes to keep you healthy. Physical education can help you keep your back and body in good health. It also contributes to change your body and health for the best.

But before you begin to exercise, check your health status. A good medical check up, will tell you what kind of sport is the most appropriate for you. Monitor your blood pressure regularly. Ask yourself this simple question: "What do I expect from this physical education?" Tell your goals to a specialist in physical culture. With that specialist, establish an action plan and keep a close follow-up. Health and fitness are also linked. You may monitor your progress with a body building calculator.

We advise you to vary your physical activities. There are some advantages to this: you will not run the risk of falling into boredom, you develop all parts of your body (work every muscle group). We know that swimming, brisk walking and jogging (run) develop almost all parts of the body, in addition to increasing capacity breathing. This is very important. See the section above: Increase your strengths through the science of breathing.

Weightlifting increases muscles strength (note that it is OK to take body building supplements). There is a link between man health and total body workout; woman health also. Gymnastic supples the body. Ping-Pong increases the speed and sharpens reflexes. Do not neglect team sports (outdoors, preferably). After all, team sports teach us that the success and happiness are also a team game. Even dancing can be seen as a sport. How does dancing affect your health? In many ways; just try and see. Let’s skip extreme sports such as mountain climbing; because although this activity combines strength, resistance, perseverance, courage, etc., it is risky, for understandable reasons...

All these disciplines and others that you will discover by yourself, have their own virtue. Anyway, practice a sport at your own pace. This is not a competition. And if there is a competition, compete with yourself; compete with your goals and objectives. You will cherish the effectiveness of such approach. Again: "The noblest fight is the fight again yourself."

And: "The noblest victory is the victory on yourself."

But let’s develop sport practice

Whatever sport envisaged (practiced in a gymnasium, indoors or outdoors), be aware that each physical activity has an impact on the soul, mind and emotion. Here is a very capital notion. Its significance is considerable. We need your full attention!

You can exercise your body at the same time as your mind. In fact, it is possible and even recommended to fortify your positive emotions, your soul and mind (mental, intelligence), while you strengthen your body. There is nothing mysterious and complicated here. It is simple.

To illustrate this, let’s consider weightlifting. The weight raised has not much importance. Match the weight of your dumbbells with your abilities and your goals. When you lift a dumbbell, think of a temper, a virtue or a habit that you would like to possess or fortify. Let’s say... motivation. You want to be more motivated. So, when you raise a dumbbell (with hands, legs, etc.), or make any other movement that requires effort (sit-up, abdominal crunch, curl-up, push-up, etc.), at the same time, think strongly of that temper, virtue or habit that you would like to have or develop. And if you can, without disturbing someone, pronounce that temper, virtue or habit that you would like to have or develop.


"Your movements and your pronounced thoughts have to be done at the same time."


In so doing, focus on what you do and say. Feel deep inside yourself that you got what you want. Feel it with immense joy and pleasure. Say this desired quality in a simple sentence like this: "From now my motivation increases."

Of course, this is just an example. Perhaps you cherish other virtues such as: health, strength, faith (fidelity, confidence), wealth, good human relations, good interpersonal skills, strong will, courage, love, trust, patience, good mood, and so forth. Breathe deeply and slowly, while you practice these exercises. And pose between each virtue you are developing.

If you practice regularly this exercise that we suggest, you will gradually acquire or fortify a character, virtue or habit in a short time. Virtues developed will replace bad habits and thoughts; if you practice this exercise, like others that we recommend in this site. Physical activity coupled with mental exercise works for us and for many other people. It will work for you too. Obviously you will build sentences according to your needs.

Here are few sentences:

• "From now, my motivation is increasing."

• "I am very healthy."

• "My body, my soul and my mind are in good health."

• "My emotions are harmonized."

• "I have an excellent memory."

• "I have a flourished sexuality."

• "My muscles are strong and hard."

• "I must improve my financial situation."

• "I will earn more money."

• "I have better relation with people."

• "I love myself and I love people."

• "My digestion works very well. I digest very well."

• "My immune system is more and more fortified."

• "I am determined to succeed whatever I do."

• "My success and happiness are increasing"

• "My strength, my vigor and my energy are increasing."

• "I will wake up tomorrow in good shape and in good mood."

• Etc.


At each pose, breathe slowly and deeply, focus on what you do and say. Feel deep inside yourself that you got what you want. Feel it with joy and immense pleasure, and at the same time, imagine that you get what you want and rejoice at the outcome. In your rejoicing, view all the benefits that your desire will bring you. Visualize these benefits in color. If possible, pronounce your sentences or words, they will enter your subconscious deeper. Pronounce them with a great desire. You must desire these virtues as you desire to breathe when you stay too long under the water; you must desire them as a fish desires to return to water...

We named this approach: Physical activity coupled with mental exercise. It works. Try it, and see it for yourself. You will adopt it. Write us, and tell us what this approach is doing for you.

Why does it work? Well, according to a simple law: soul, body, mind, emotions and sentiments are interlinked. They are interdependent. One influences the others, in the right or the wrong way. From experience, we know that the health of one of them depends on the health of the others. What do you do during this exercise? This is what you do: with the combination of physical movements and thoughts, you create or reinforce tempers, virtues or habits that you want or have. You create a strong reflex arc, very common in the physical and psychological body functioning.

Gradually, the physical aspect (exercise) and the mental aspect (pronounced desires) will be linked and well coupled. Linked in the extend that: these physical movements, alone, will release your pronounced desires into your subconsciousness (unconsciousness). The virtues contained in these sentences will strengthen each others, and you will enjoy their beneficial effects. In the same way, when you will think of those sentences, during your daily activities, you will harmonize your body, soul, mind, emotions, sentiments and breathing. Your body, soul, mind, emotions and sentiments will operate in harmony. You will benefit greatly from this new way to exercise your body together with your soul; this new way to exercise your virtues and your breathing cycle.

Soon, we will come back in greater detail on this reality in the section: The health of the soul, the section: The health of the mind (mental and intelligence) and the section: Emotional health (feelings, emotions, sentiments).

To start, we have taken weightlifting as an example. But you can use your sentences with the sport of your choice, with the movement of your choice: sit-up, crunch, curl-up, push-up, swimming, brisk walking, jogging, etc.

You can apply our technique with the exercise, characters, virtues and habits of your choice. By acquiring and fortifying more noble tempers, virtues and habits, someone can eliminate shortcomings and bad habits. To acquire and strengthen noble tempers, virtues and habits is the prerogative of champions. It is the principal occupation of fighters and winners. This will be one of your most important activities.

The importance of taking care of the body and clothes

In this part of our conversation, we want to say how it is essential to take care of the body. We have already given few details regarding body care, in relation with food and sport. This following is a complement.

In this part, we will show how to take care of the body in the context of general hygiene. The hygiene of the body is very important. In sense, a dirty body doesn’t lead to victories; quite the contrary. A neglected and smelly body, here is a way to miss opportunities; a way to attract failures and unhappiness; because family life, profession, friendship and intimate relationship may suffer. We will talk about the hygiene of the body and clothes.

But let’s understand this very well. We know that some people, because of their profession, must endure a certain appearance; dustman, butchers, and so on. Let's be kind and understanding towards them. This is their work clothes, related to the profession of their own.

The appearance is sometimes misleading. That's true. But sometimes the appearance is simply a reflection of the deep personality; the inner life and mood of someone. His appearance may even translate his self-esteem and how he esteems people around him. It is very important to take care of your body and clothes; since this is a way to attract people and be successful, it is a way to avoid failures.

It's always the first impression that counts the most. People see you first, before they start to talk to you and appreciate your inner treasure. In other words, your appearance will be evaluated by people before what you have to say. You might never get the chance to catch up with a poor appearance, poor impression. It is not easy to rebuild an image.

The body and clothing must be pleasant to the eye and nose. Hygiene of the body and clothes helps to succeed. It is wise to take care of the body and clothing. Clean and pleasant body and clothes puts a smile in the eyes and hearts. This smile will spurt back as thousands of rainbows, and shine around you.

If you love yourself and love people, people will love you too and love themselves. People willingly return the affection, sympathy and respect that you show to them. That's true. Believe it. Put in into practice and see for yourself. We will return to this more in detail in the section: Human relations..

Body care

When talking about body care, the idea of hygiene and cleanliness comes immediately to mind. Note that we are well aware that each people or nation has inherited a nature and culture of its own. These natures and cultures are reflected, among other things, on how they take care of their body and clothes.

It goes without saying that the way people see the body, clothing, aesthetics and beauty varies between cultures. We have neither the intention nor pretension to award an award about that, it's not what is discussed in this section. The time and space to discuss the notion of beauty, tastes and colors is limited.

Such controversy is not a high priority for the Institute of Human Cultivation (ICH). In fact this site is not the place to discuss it. But who knows. Maybe with time, we will add something about it under the heading: human relations and interpersonal skills.

For the time being, let’s return to our sheep. Body care means: to have a clean body. A clean body has a nice smell and can foster good human contact (friendship, profession, love). That is why it is advisable to take a shower once or several times a day depending of the need. Perspiration can eventually spread a strong scent and becomes the cause of missed opportunities (friendship, profession, love). An anti-antiperspirant (deodorant) may help.

But if it does not, a health professional is recommended. Sometimes, a smelly body is the result of indigestion. The scent is to be used judiciously, as some people are allergic to perfume. The nails, hair, ears must be cleaned regularly. We leave the makeup to your discretion. But we know that a discreet makeup is more effective than garish makeup.

Teeth should be well maintained. The appearance of teeth can open many doors. A nice dentition is a sign of success. Natural teeth, well planted and tidy are not always possible for everybody. That's true. But a dentist can help; if we can afford it. My friends, a smile may mean success or failure, in less time than it takes to say it. Your smile is also yourself. A beautiful smile gives confidence. With a dazzling smile, you will make a good impression and succeed.

White teeth, clean and that smell good, lead to success. The poor condition of teeth can lead to bad breath, unless someone have eaten foods like garlic. But bad breath is often a sign of poor digestion (see above section: The importance of good digestion).

Someone can monitor his breath regularly by blowing into the palm of the hand. If necessary, chewing gum, lozenges, etc., will be called to the rescue. Poor dentition and bad breath do not invite a kiss. They may even shorten an interview. They may keep away the charming prince or princess. They may prevent someone to chew live.


"Life is beautiful. Chew it up!"


These are precious few tips. They will help to get and keep a healthy dentition as a beautiful appearance of teeth:

• Brush your teeth regularly (at dawn, after every meal and at bedtime).

• Use dental floss. It helps prevent dental decay.

• Make a regular visit to the dentist (1 every 3 months), for inspection and cleanup.

• Take multi-vitamins (supplements of vitamins and minerals). Because they contain fluoride, calcium, vitamin D. Vitamins and minerals are very important for the health of teeth and bones. See Table 3: Vitamins and minerals.

• On a more aesthetic approach, someone can whiten his teeth. Teeth whiteners abound in stores.

• Etc.

Clothing care.

The purpose of clothing care and body care is almost the same. But it is not a beauty contest. The goal is to create conditions that will attract success and happiness. The cost of clothing wore, just like their trade mark, has no importance. What is important here, as before, is to wear clean and neat clothes. To wear dirty and not ironed clothes, is not to the advantage of a winner. To wear “old and tired” clothes, could make someone “old and tired” before time.

We know that dirty and neglected clothes, is often linked to a subconscious desire to aggress oneself and/or the entourage; a way to show that someone doesn’t care. But some people wear dirty and neglected clothes by ignorance.

Nonetheless, let’s say this: "Our clothes are also ourself; another part of ourself." Many people consider the appearance before anything else. Someone has said: "The appearance is sometimes misleading." But we add this: "Sometimes the appearance is not misleading."

Indeed, the appearance may tell who someone is. So take care of your clothes, and dress according to each situation; dress according to your occupation and circumstances. Add a little bid of originality to your dress. But in every situation, ask yourself if your clothes will help you move towards your objectives included into: My Life Plan.

The thinker said: "The cowl does not make the monk." (Appearance is no reliable guide to a person's true character.) This simple truth is partially true. For reasons already discussed above: "The cowl could make the monk."

Let everybody think, discern and decide if he/she wants to win or lose. As far as we are concerned, we believe that you want to embellish your life and win. Otherwise, you do not have read so far. So once again take care of your body and your clothes. It is another wisdom of the wise.

Increase your strengths through science of breathing

Here, the word strength includes the physical force and the psychological force. It is all about the energy of the soul and the energy of the body. It is possible to increase that energy, if you learn to breathe well. The air we breathe contains:

• 20 % of oxygen

• 78 % of azote

• 1 % of argon

• 0.03 % of carbon dioxide (CO2)

• Some rare gaze: krypton, xenon, etc.


Without oxygen, nobody can survive. Please read the section above: Quality of air and water.

Now we'll give you the basics of good breathing. If you practice these techniques, you will increase your energy. First, here are some advantages that good breathing brings. This list is not exhaustive:

• Eliminates carbon dioxide and other toxins

• Increases the power of the body, soul, spirit and emotions

• Embellishes, rejuvenates and reduces wrinkles

• Emotions is better managed and harmonized

• Brings calm, relaxation and peace

• The intelligence is more agile

• Better memory

• The willingness and motivation increase

• Helps to keep body, soul and spirit in good health

• Thoughts are clearer and better controlled

• May help to increase sexual potency and overcome frigidity

• Can contribute to overcome depression, fear, anxiety and melancholy

• Etc.


So, how to breathe efficiently?

Breathing efficiently means: to use the full capacity of his lungs.

Breathing efficiently means: to breathe slowly and regularly.

Breathing efficiently means: to breathe calmly and “relaxly”.

Observe how a baby breathes. He is moving his abdomen and chest. And he is right. Because by doing so, he is using the full capacity of his lungs. That baby absorbs more oxygen, thus more energy. Let's imitate him. Wear loose clothing, unfasten your belt, sit comfortably and keep your back straight. Relax. Relax all the muscles of your body, calm your mind and focus on what you do.

If you suffer from lung disease, talk to your health care professional before starting your exercises. In cases of pulmonary tuberculosis and epilepsy avoid this breathing exercise.

If you feel a slight discomfort: dizziness, vertigo, or a rapid heartbeat; stop for a moment, then resume your breathing exercise.

1) The exercise of deep breathing begins with a forced exhalation.

2) Then, inhale by pushing your abdomen to the front; then push your chest to the front. These two steps are done slowly.

3) Then exhale; first empty the air of your abdomen, then empty the air your chest. These two steps are done slowly.

4) Between the inhalation and exhalation, pause for three seconds.

5) After that pause, a respiratory round is completed. Start another respiratory round.


If you breathe in this way, you will establish the "alpha" rhythm (8 to 12 cycles per second). It means that your body, soul, mental, and emotions are relaxed. Breathe primarily by the nose. The nose has the property to purify and humidify the air. The air that passes through the nose will be at the right temperature.

Complete several respiratory cycles. Relax, while breathing. When you breathe, feel that you are filled with peace and deep joy. In so doing, repeat these sentences or others of your choice:

• "I am calm. I'm relaxed. I am at peace. My body and my mind are relaxed."

• "I am strong and determined to succeed in all what I do."

• Etc.


Five minutes per day of this simple exercise, will give you a new way of breathing. The best one. After a few days, you will start to feel the benefits that we listed above, and more. These benefits should not be neglected, for anyone who wants to be healthy, to succeed and enjoy happiness. In practice, we have already checked all the benefits of a good manner to breathe. With practice, you will be able to exercise while walking. During the day, if you feel exhausted, this respiratory exercise will give you a boost.

It is good to breath outdoors in the vicinity of green plants during the day. Because during daytime, green plants absorb carbon dioxide and release oxygen. But these same plants do the opposite during the night. We must therefore stay away from green plants at night.

A good way to breathe can also help you overcome fear, shyness, poor mood, and even some diseases such as anemia. After a few weeks, this new way of breathing will become a reflex, a habit, your second nature. This second nature will help you deploy the noble energy of your soul. You will breathe efficiently, without thinking about it.


"Tell me how you breathe, and I'll say who you are."


Let's go a little bit further. While practicing to breathe well, add something more. During an inhalation, say a moral character, a virtue or a habit you want to possess or fortify. Just as previously, during: Physical exercise coupled to mental exercise, it is possible to exercise your breath and your mind at the same time. Read again the important section above: But let’s develop sport practice.

While you inhale, say a desired quality in a simple sentence like: "My energy is increasing a lot." Or, as suggested above:

• "From now, my motivation is increasing."

• "I am very healthy."

• "My body, my soul and my mind are in good health."

• "My emotions are harmonized."

• "I have an excellent memory."

• "I have a flourished sexuality."

• "My muscles are strong and hard."

• "I must improve my financial situation."

• "I will earn more money."

• "I have better relation with people."

• "I love myself and I love people."

• "My digestion works very well. I digest very well."

• "My immune system is more and more fortified."

• "I am determined to succeed whatever I do."

• "My success and happiness are increasing"

• "My strength, my vigor and my energy are increasing."

• "I will wake up tomorrow in good shape and in good mood."

• Etc.

Increase your strengths through science of meditation

According to some dictionaries, meditation means: "To think deeply about..." Thus, it is possible to ponder a question; to meditate on a topic. This definition of meditation is similar to reflection. This is the most common form of meditation in some societies; the western societies in particular.

But there is another form of meditation: to awake and develop mental faculties. This is the form of meditation we want to discuss. For it is far more creative, more efficient and more useful than a simple reflection; because it integrates the process of reflection, while transforming the inner personality. You therefore understand the importance of such a form of meditation in your struggle for success. Since it makes available new tools of combat, and leads you to success in many areas of your life.

Before you begin your meditation exercises, as said earlier in the section Increase you strength through science of breathing: wear loose clothing, loosen your belt, sit comfortably and keep your trunk straight. Relax. Relax all the muscles of your body, silence your mind and concentrate on what you are doing. This breathing exercise is a prelude to an effective meditation.

If you suffer from lung disease, talk to your health care professional before starting your exercises. In cases of pulmonary tuberculosis and epilepsy avoid this exercise.

This respiratory exercise will energize your body, your soul and your spirit. A calm body and mind will rejoice you. A new energy will begin to tranquilize you. With a quiet heart, you'll be more receptive to your inner and outer universe. Your intuition and your sensitivity will increase. This preliminary exercise, will give you the necessary conditions for a perfect meditation; a fruitful meditation. When you will breathe that way for 5 minutes, you'll be ready to start your meditation exercises.

How doest it happen in practice?

First step. First, choose a virtue, a character, a habit that you want to have or develop. For example, as seen in the section: But let's develop sport practice. You may want to meditate on: health, strength, faith (loyalty, trust), wealth, good interpersonal relations, will, courage, love, confidence, patience, good mood, etc. You can also choose an ideal you want to achieve. The only limits here are your needs and your imagination. To illustrate our method, let’s meditate on health.

Second step. Then, begin to meditate on health. Meditate on your state of health; the health of your body, your soul, your spirit and your emotions. Is everything goes well, as you would like it to go? Otherwise, what's wrong? What would you like to change or improve regarding your health? What is your plan? Once you have answered clearly and unambiguously to these simple questions, you will move to the next step.

To illustrate our words, suppose you want to be more calm, more relaxed. You have realized that physical and mental stress could lead to emotional disorders, and even physical diseases (psycho-somatic diseases). You agree that disharmonized emotions, somatized emotions (which affect the body), may cause psychosomatic illnesses. So you've decided to take control and change things to your advantage. You understood that if you do nothing, nothing will happen alone.

Third stap. Finally, now imagine that you are very calm and relaxed. At the same time, imagine yourself acting calmly, very calmly. Imagine yourself in different stressful situations, acting with all the physical and mental attitude of a mature person. The self-control. Obviously this exercise of meditation, although very effective when it is practiced with seriousness, should be added to all the tools of human culture that we offer throughout our conversation in this website. It is true that meditation is a powerful form of action. But meditation, without action, could open the door to many illusions and laziness.

In other words, if someone meditates on «the importance to have good digestion» and do not apply the rules and laws of nutrition which we discussed earlier, its efforts could be futile. Please re-read the section: The importance of good digestion.

There is a direct link between indigestion (or maldigestion) and stress. And vice versa. Some exercises of meditation will be sufficient to defeat a bad habit, and even correct a physical or mental disorder. But in other cases, an exercise of meditation will need be followed or preceded by a concrete and timely action. Again, common sense guides us. Theory, practice and determination are also the tripod of success.

By way of warning, we know that some dangerous sects and groups offer all kinds of exercises. Some of these exercises are harmless, for the simple reason that they do not work. They never worked. These groups lead people to mistake and make them languish in ignorance, by making them lose their time and money. Some of their exercises are very dangerous, since they open the door to unknown universe; by placing an imprudent person in contact with the unknown, these mysterious forces that endanger the health of body, the soul, mind and emotions. In simpler terms, these unknown forces endanger the lives of ordinary person. And endanger life itself.

You ask me: "What are those dangerous sects and groups." I say this: "Again, common sense guides us. Common sense unmasks them. "Throughout our conversation, you will develop an intuition and a sixth sense that are the prerogative of common sense. "All that glitters is not gold." That's true. "We must not be fooled by appearances." It is also true. Some practices, ideas and philosophies, must be tested by prudent experiment. So, be careful. Your sleep, like any other activity, obeyed psychological and physiological laws. It is your duty to understand these laws and apply them immediately in your life. If someone breaks natural laws, he pays the price. The wise learns to know the laws and comply with them to his advantage.

Psychologically, sleep will be better if someone learns to understand and overcome concerns, irritations, frustrations, etc. That is one of the purposes of our conversation at this site. It will be easier to fall asleep, and good sleep will be more favorable if someone learns to avoid thinking about concerns, irritations, frustrations, and so on, before going to sleep.

With time, you will learn to identify problems and provide a lasting solution. Really, it may be easy to find sleep. While meditating or breathing calmly, pronounce a sentence like this:

• "I'll sleep very soon."

• "My sleep will be deep and restful."

• "I will wake up full of energy, in good mood and ready to succeed."

• Etc.


Obviously if someone suffers from chronic insomnia, it is his duty to try to understand the cause. Because, to find a solution to a problem is good; but finding a solution to the cause of a problem is better. What is the root of insomnia? It is good to repeat to yourself what you would like to see happen. But it is better to repeat it and apply what you know, in order to allow your desires to come true. This is the wisdom of the wise. Do not be fooled by some merchants of sleep. Those smart people claim that: to repeat a thought is the solution to everything.

Again, efficient action must follow the repetition of a thought. The practice must follow the theory. But we know from experience that continually repeated thoughts are powerful. The thoughts that you repeat, just before sleep, are extremely powerful; because during your sleep, these thoughts continue to live in your subconscious and act on your body, soul, mind and emotions. Repeat positive thoughts to yourself before you sleep and you will sleep as a log. Try it. Dare. Do not limit yourself. Here are some other useful suggestions and effective help to sleep well:

• The silence. Create silence in you and around you.

• Relax your body, soul, spirit and emotions.

• Be calm. Do not be irritated.

• Do not think about concerns, frustrations.

• Think about successes with joy.

• Think about your success and victories to come.

• Think about everything that is fun and makes you happy.

• Avoid violent conversations, readings and films.

• If you believe in God, pray.

• Etc.


We know enough about the psychological dimension of sleep.

To sleep well

Again: "The quality and quantity of sleep are very important." The quality of sleep is linked to the environment. We find the best sleep in a calm environment (internal and external). It is therefore necessary to sleep in a quiet environment, in order to maximize the effects of a restorative sleep. Because it is possible to hear some noise, even when someone is sleeping. Every human being, depending on its gender, size, age, habits, occupation, level of activity, hobby, genetic background, medical condition, and so on, needs a specific quantity of sleep. Everyone must find its own quantity of sleep, and adapt to it.

But we know that seniors (65 and over), need an average of 5 hours of sleep. Adults (21 years and older), around 8 hours of sleep. Teens (12 to 21 years), around 10 hours of sleep. Children, around 12 hours of sleep. Babies, around 18 hours of sleep.

Some people sleep better during the day. Others sleep better just before the morning. But nighttime sleep responds better to the natural rhythm of the body. The hours of sleep before midnight count double. We know it by experience. If possible, sleep early and get up early. It is true that the time when many people go to sleep, just as the quantity and quality of their sleep, is imposed by circumstances beyond their will. However, this reality should not prevent you from trying to sleep well. This is how you will be full of health, energy and success.

To wake up well

If you are well prepared to sleep, you will have a good sleep; and it is likely that you will wake up easily. That is to say fresh: ready to fight and win. When you wake up, your first thoughts must be thoughts of joy and happiness. Success and victory, in all domains of your live, must also be your thoughts when you wake up. When you wake up, do not laze. Get up immediately and make a few movements of gymnastics.

If a sudden fatigue seems to invade you, breathe deeply several times. Then inhale fresh air deeply, retain that air for a moment; and slowly exhale that air. Repeat several times.
